Not yet. I emailed Marc with a link to Tumblr Stalkr a while back and I haven’t heard anything from him. So either they don’t care because I’m relatively tiny, or they took the bit about page-scraping out of the TOS. It looks like the latter to me, but I’m not sure because I can’t read legalese.
