Considering the dependent axis is “Energy Density” and the independent is “GHz”, I guess it’s safe to say that this is a graph detailing which frequencies produce the most energy (?). Microwaves use 2.45 GHz band to heat your food. 160 GHz is one of the bands a fusion reactor would use to super-heat the fuel into plasma. I think.
