I think she missed the overall point that striving for sex equality is a multiplayer game. Now it’s devolved into a typical “who has it worse” pissing match.

Like the bit about men and selective services, for example. One person says that there’s a patriarchy that dictates that men should be the strong, fighting, cannon fodder. The other person makes the argument that’s it’s a women specific issue because, well, women are excluded. That’s a great example of an issue that is equally detrimental for both sexes. Neither a man or a woman should be pigeonholed into expectations about what they can do and what they should do based in their sex.
