So I came home today to find my mom had a certificate for something called “Reiki”
Having no idea what it was, I looked it up on Wikipedia. It’s some standard faith healing nonsense, nothing too exciting. BUT, the article had a really good quote from the Catholic church.
The Catholic Church has also sought to stop the practise of Reiki within Catholic health care facilities and retreat centres as it is “unscientific” and therefore “inappropriate for Catholic institutions”.
